1. General Voters need to fill Form 6 (Link to online form). This form is also for 'First time voters' and 'voters who have shifted to another constituency'
2. NRI Voter need to fill form 6A (Link to online form)
3. For Deletion or Objection in electoral roll fill form 7 (link to online form)
4. Please fill Form 8 (Link to online form) for any change in (Name, Photo, Age,EPIC Number, Address, Date of birth, Age, Name of relative, Type of relation, Gender).
5. In case of shifting from one place of residence to another place of residence within the same constituency please fill Form 8A (Link to online form).

Requirements for online form 6 submission

1. Are an Indian citizen.
2. Have attained the age of 18 years on the qualifying date i.e. 1st of January of the year of revision of electoral roll.
3. are ordinarily resident of the part/polling area of the constituency where you want to be enrolled

You have to keep ready:

1. Scanned copy of address proof (maximum size 2MB):

   Any one of the following

   1. Indian Passport
   2. Driving License
   3. Bank/Kisan/Post Office current Pass book
   4. Ration Card
   5. Income Tax Assessment Order
   6. Rent Agreement
   7. Water Bill
   8. Telephone Bill
   9. Electricity Bill
   10. Gas Connection Bill
   11. Post/letter/mail delivered through Indian Postal Department
2. Scanned copy of age proof (maximum size 2MB):

Any one of the following-

1. Birth certificate
2. Marksheet of class 10 or 8 or 5
3. Indian Passport
4. PAN Card
5. Driving License
6. Aadhar letter issued by UIDAI
